Heads of universities and colleges as leaders of Higher Education are facing new challenges imposed by developments in the world economy and increased competition in the education market. How should institutions develop a sound strategy to achieve their goals? What does it take to become a top ranking institution with international standing? The Leadership Higher Education programme will provide insights and directives to these questions.

The programme is intended for university leaders including presidents and vice-presidents, rectors and vice-rectors, vice-chancellors as well as other senior executive team of the universities. Programme Description
The programme has been designed to cover both practical and theoretical aspects of leadership in higher education by attending stimulating debates, workshops and seminars as well as paying visits to higher education institutions together with cultural visits. Duration and Time
Given the busy schedule of senior managers of universities and colleges, the programme will be of an intensive nature and last four days from 8-11 December with an optional day in London on 12th December.
Certification
Upon completion of the programme, all delegates will attend the award ceremony and receive a certificate of attendance from Oxford City Academy for Education and Development (OAED).
Fees and Logistics
This is a full-board programme and OAED will take care of all aspects of your visit from the point of entry to the UK to the end. These include airport transfer, accommodation, daily meals, reception dinner, academic and cultural visits and certification. The programme registration fee is £2820.
